MJÄLTÖN - SWEDEN'S HIGHEST ISLAND
It is with great pleasure that this summer we can offer boat trips from Skuleberget Havscamping to Mjältön with M/S Asta.
Mjältön, Sweden's highest island with a peak of 236 meters above sea level and a 600 meter wide nature reserve across the beautiful island. When the rest of the High Coast is teeming with people, we dare to promise that Mjältön will continue to deliver peace and quiet.
The journey out takes about 20 minutes and you are dropped off on the western side of the Mjältön nature reserve where a path winds its way up to the top of the island where the view of the World Heritage High Coast is magnificent to say the least.
On the way down, we recommend the path via the eastern part of the nature reserve, which includes the cozy natural harbor Baggviken. About 4.5 hours later you will be picked up at the same place you were left for the journey home to Veåsand and Skuleberget Havscamping.

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the number of participants becomes too low, or if the weather conditions risk ruining the experience. We believe that a large part of the experience of going to Ulvön or Mjältön is the boat journey there and home. Therefore, we choose to set up in bad weather conditions such as strong wind, rainy weather or fog. Of course, we will then reimburse 100% of the paid ticket. Purchased tickets cannot be cancelled.
